Code of Conduct:
When using the MUGA please remember these rules:
- Please do not trespass into neighbours' gardens or fields to retrieve lost balls. You must always request permission first.
- Players/users must not intentionally damage the MUGA in any way.
- Users must not climb the fences or hang from the basketball or netball nets or posts.
- All players and spectators must ensure they are equipped with suitable footwear.
- Footwear must be clean prior to entering the Games Area.
Football or other forms of studded or bladed boots are not allowed. - Food and chewing gum are prohibited on the MUGA.
- Drinks may only be used in plastic water bottles. No glass is to be brought onto the site.
- The MUGA & Pump Track are both no smoking zones.
- Dogs (or animals) are not allowed on site anywhere.
- Please remove all litter when leaving and place in the bin, at the gated entrance to the MUGA.
- It is forbidden to sub-let the facility.
- If (during free-play sessions) others are waiting to use the facility, please finish your game or activity within a reasonable time period; or perhaps consider inviting others to join you, if feasible.
- Please respect any local residents living near to the MUGA by keeping any noise to a minimum.
- No loud music can be played; without prior permission in connection with a booking.
- Hard ball sports e.g. cricket, rounders or golf are not permitted.
Note for all:
• Anyone using the Games Area or surrounding areas does so at their own risk, liability will not be accepted by Morwenstow Parish Council for personal injury or the loss or damage of valuables.
• The MUGA may be closed or locked at the discretion of the Parish Council and/or for maintenance; or should any anti-social behaviour occur.
A ZERO TOLERANCE APPROACH WILL BE TAKEN - PLEASE DO NOT SPOIL IT FOR EVERYONE

We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions. If you have a question which is not listed here please contact us.
Bookings last for 90 minutes. This is intended to allow 15 minutes initial set up time to set up equipment for your sport. This gives 60 minutes of game play with a further 15 minutes to put away the equipment.
Yes, the equipment is stored in the adjacent shed. The code for the shed will be supplied upon payment of your booking.
Yes, set up and take down time is allowed for in the 90 minutes of your booking. We are grateful for your co-operation.
No, we provide the posts and nets for the sport. You will be required to bring any other items that are needed to play the particular sport.
The Parish Council provide public toilets. These are located the higher side of the football club, on the play park side of the site.
Please arrive dressed accordingly for your sport.
You are able to lock your bags in the shed if you wish to during your booking. Otherwise - you would be able to leave it at the sides of the court. Both will be at your own risk.
We will endeavour to move your booking to a different date without further charge.
It is preferable if you can pay via a direct bank transfer. However, we are able to take card payments via stripe.

Yes, you can stand above the tarmac court on the access route to the court. There is hard standing within the grass along the length of the fence there.
